Barons of Sequin Land

The Three Barons of Sequin Land (Squid Baron, Ammo Baron and Hypno Baron) are, according to some, a group of thieving bandits who pass themselves off as artifact collectors. They collect all kinds of old magic trinkets including the Magic Seals. Their affiliation appears to be loose, perhaps even nonexistent. However, they use the same logo on their respective dungeons: a single opened eye is above the entrance to Squid Baron's Labyrinth, Battle Tower and Hypno Tower.

The Barons are very different from each other. The Squid Baron isn't a bad guy but was forced by Risky Boots to attack Shantae although later on Shantae helped him when he lost some of his babies, the Ammo Baron wants to take over Sequin Land and doesn't show much danger when Shantae gives him the Deed of Scuttle Town while the Hypno Baron knows a lot about Shantae, the Magic Seals and the oil lamp and even attacks Shantae by taking the form of her uncle.
