Ghost eyes are enemies from Shantae: Half-Genie Hero. They hover around the area and cause damage on contact with the player.
In Shantae and the Seven Sirens, Ghost Eyes are invisible until the Seer Dance is used.

They're floating eyeballs. Their iris is red.
Their Monster Card reduces the cost of the Seer Dance when equipped.
