Larry Holdaway.
Larry P. Holdaway is a programmer, artist, photograph and musician. He has worked at WayForward on several titles, performed additional programming on both Shantae and Shantae: Risky's Revenge and was a lead programmer on Shantae and the Pirate's Curse.
Studies[]
Larry Holdaway studied music composition at the College of the Canyons, from where he graduated in 1994, and at the California Institute of the Arts in fine art[1] from 2006 to 2008.[2]
Career[]
Holdaway worked from 1995 to 1997 at Weltronics Corp. as a software and technical design engineer, and then joined WayForward in 1999.[2] There he worked as a programmer, designer, artist and animator on several titles, including Shantae and Shantae: Risky's Revenge as an additional programmer and Shantae and the Pirate's Curse as a lead programmer.[3] In 2010, he briefly left WayForward to join You Rock Digital as a software engineer[2] before coming back to WayForward in 2011.[4]
Holdaway is also a musician and photograph, among other artistic activities.[5]
