Meagan Rachelle, also known as Meagan Glaser or Meagan Benz, is a writer, voice actress and production designer[1] who provided the voice of Shantae in Shantae: Risky's Revenge. She was replaced with the much younger Cristina Vee starting from Shantae and the Pirate's Curse.
