Pongo

Pongo is the younger brother of Bolo, who only appears in Shantae Advance: Risky Revolution.

Bolo (who seems ignorant to how babies are made) is normally tasked with babysitting Pongo. Pongo was playing in the sea on an inner tube when Risky Boots spun the tectonic plates to swap Scuttle Town and Mining Town, and Pongo was swept by the tides into the Mining Town caves along with a spare cog for Risky's machines. Luckily Shantae and Bolo were able to rescue Pongo. One of the miners bids Pongo a fond farewell, and hopes that Pongo will stay safe off-screen for the "next few games."

According to Bolo, Pongo can speak, he just doesn't in front of Shantae.
