VolksUSA[]
VOLKS USA, Inc. is a company specializing in hobby-related products and scale models, best known for their customizable Super Dollfie dolls. They are a subsidiary of VOLKS, Inc., a Japanese company founded in 1972. VOLKS USA operates as both a direct-to-consumer retailer and a wholesale distributor.
On May 6th, 2017, Shantae series creator Matt Bozon announced that WayForward would be partnering with VOLKS to produce the very first official Shantae model figure. This marked a significant milestone for the franchise, bringing the character into the world of high-quality collectible figures.
Charagumin Figure set
Garage kit style figures that are sold by Volks. The figures so far are Shantae, Rottytops, Risky Boots and Sky. The figures are unpainted and must be painted by the user but they come with two eye decals that can be adhered to the face. These are a wide anime style or a style reminiscent of classic Shantae with smaller irises.

Rottytops[]

Risky Boots[]
A figure of Risky Boots measuring 150mm tall and made from color resin. Released in July and August 2017 for ¥7500/$83.00. Her hat is removable. Preorders came with a bonus keychain and random orders were signed by Matt Bozon.
Sky[]
A figure of Sky and Wrench measuring 142mm tall and made from color resin. Released in May 2022 for ¥7200/$78.00.

Shantae Acrylic Charms - Wayforward x VOLKS[]
Shantae keychain charms were first introduced at Anime Expo 2017, featuring a variety of characters from the beloved indie game series. While most charms were available for general purchase, two stood out as exclusives:
- Pit Crew Shantae – This charm was only available with purchases of $100 or more in Shantae merchandise, making it a premium bonus for dedicated fans.
- Human Rottytops – This rare charm was exclusively bundled with the Rottytops Charagumin figurine, adding a collectible touch to an already special item.
These exclusives quickly became sought-after pieces among collectors, adding a layer of rarity and excitement to the Shantae merch lineup.
