Wobble Bell is the dog of the Chef Girl. He goes missing when he is taken by Rottytops, causing her to lose her cooking ability. Shantae returns him for a reward of a Tasty Meal.
You can obtain Wobble Bell by talking to Rottytops, located in the Tangled Forest.
Game Center Achievement "Play Dead" (for iOS devices)
The achievement can be earned by returning Wobble Bell to Chef Girl and subsequently hair-whipping it (by squatting first). Wobble Bell will yelp and give a significant sum of Gems (a handful of the biggest ones worth 10 Gems) as well as the Game Center Achievement "Play Dead".
